1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:
- Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Condition: The items must be in new, unworn, and resellable condition. Shoes must not show signs of wear, damage, or any alterations.
- Packaging: All returned items must be in their original packaging, including the shoebox, dust bags, and any included accessories.
- Proof of Purchase: You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt) when requesting a return or exchange.
2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To start a return or exchange, follow these steps:
Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at info@flufnapo.com or call (706) 348-6990 to initiate the return process. Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return (e.g., wrong size, damaged item, etc.).
Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and further instructions on how to return your item. Please note that returns will not be accepted without prior approval and an RMA number.
Prepare Your Return: Carefully package the items in their original packaging and include any tags, labels, or accessories that came with the product. Ensure the shoes are in brand-new condition (unworn) to avoid rejection of the return.
Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as sending the wrong item or a defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
Processing Time: Once we receive your return, it will be processed within 5-7 business days. You will receive an email notification once the return is complete, and the refund or exchange has been processed.
3. Refunds
After we have received and inspected your returned item(s), we will process your refund. The following terms apply to refunds:
Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. If you paid by credit card, your refund will be credited back to the same card. If you paid through PayPal, the refund will be credited to your PayPal account.
Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your returned item. However, please allow additional time for the payment processor to reflect the refund in your account.
Non-Refundable Items: Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. If the return is due to personal preference or sizing issues, the customer is responsible for both the original and return shipping fees.
Partial Refunds: We reserve the right to issue a partial refund if the item is not returned in its original condition, is damaged, or shows signs of wear. We will inform you of the partial refund amount via email if applicable.
4. Exchanges
If you need to exchange your purchase for a different size or color, please follow the return process outlined above. Once we receive your return and it is approved, we will ship your requested exchange item(s) to you. If there is a price difference between the original and new item, we will either issue a refund or charge the additional amount.
5. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide a prepaid return label for you to send the item back to us at no additional cost. Upon receipt, we will offer you a full refund, replacement, or exchange (based on your preference). Please include photographs of the damage or defect when you contact us for quicker resolution.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Items marked as final sale or clearance.
- Products that have been worn, damaged, or altered in any way.
- Gift cards or items purchased with gift cards.
